Corner connection elements are produced, bordered and bent in the machine M164.
The 2 wood sides are positioned together with the corner connection in the machine
M215 and fixed pneumatically. Once it has been programmed, the machine rivets
automatically these elements together until the whole frame of the pliable box is ready.
Product type: frames of pliable boxes. Max. height 64 in, width and length at will.
Production: 20-60 frames/hr. according to box size (theoretical; it can decrease
according to box type). Personnel: 1 operator
Changeover time: 5-10 minutes.

Machines to produce woodboxes for fruit and vegetables totally automatised production
plants with quick adjustment (i.e. M203, with a production of about 4.000 pcs/hr.)
Production can reach up to a maximum of 4.000 pcs/hr. (theoretical; it can decrease
according to the woodbox type). Besides, we offer all necessary machines to produce a
full wood-box for fruit and vegetables.
Then stringers are cut to length and cut in two corner parts. In the stitching machine for
front sides, short sides of the woodbox are produced; then they are stitched together
with the side boards in the frame stitching machine. The bottom is produced separately
and then stitched to the frame by a corner stitch. You can produce low woodboxes with
one board only and high woodboxes with up to 3 boards.

M203: 4.200 pcs. /hr. +/- 15% (theoretical; it depends on
quantity of stitches).
